Return Policy

Approval comes first

Every order is produced to a design you approved in writing, from a free mockup that shows the exact artwork, size, colors and print position. Nothing is produced before you approve, and you are never charged for mockups or revisions. This is deliberate: it is the step that prevents almost every return.

Custom orders

Because every cosmetic tube is made to your artwork, custom orders cannot be returned for a change of mind, and printed stock cannot be resold. Please check the mockup carefully — spelling, dates and phone numbers especially — before you approve it.

If we got it wrong

If your order arrives and does not match the mockup you approved, if it is defective, or if the quantity is short, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint the affected portion at no charge. If a reprint will not work for your date, we will refund the affected portion instead.

Shipping damage is covered the same way. Keep the carton and send us a photo of it.

Cancellations

You can cancel at no cost any time before you approve the mockup. After approval, cancellation depends on how far into production the order is — contact us immediately and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
