Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 tubes for stock formats — enough to sample a launch — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the quantities a retail range needs.
How fast will my tubes arrive?
Samples come quickly and production tubes ship in about 2 weeks after artwork approval. Custom tooling for a new applicator or shoulder adds time on the first order only.
Do I need a barrier layer?
If your formula has oxygen-sensitive actives or a strong fragrance, almost certainly. If it is a stable lotion or cleanser, probably not — and we would rather sell you the recyclable mono-material tube.
Are mono-material tubes really recyclable?
Yes, into existing streams, because the whole tube is one plastic family. The trade is a lower barrier, so it suits stable formulas. A recyclable tube that lets a serum oxidise is not a win.
Why does my tube split at the shoulder?
The orifice is too narrow for the formula, so it gets squeezed hard enough to burst the thinnest part of the wall. It is an orifice sizing problem and we test the real formula through the real orifice.
Why do tubes leak in transit?
Almost always the tail seal — the heat seal across the open end after filling. Seal width should be specified for the format rather than borrowed from a larger tube, and then checked.
Where can artwork go on a tube?
Anywhere except the tail seal area, which is crushed flat by the seal jaws. We mark the exclusion zone on the artwork template so nothing important lands in it.
Do you state PCR content?
Per component — body, shoulder and cap separately. One percentage for a whole tube usually hides a virgin cap, and that is exactly what a packaging audit will find.
