About this product

Applicator & Nozzle Tubes

The applicator is where most tube complaints begin, and almost always for the same reason: the orifice was chosen for how it looked on a render rather than for how the formula flows.

A thin serum through a wide orifice floods out and gets wasted. A thick balm through a narrow needle nose will not come out at all — so the customer squeezes harder, and the tube splits at the shoulder where the wall is thinnest. Neither is a manufacturing fault; both were designed in.

So we ask for the viscosity, or a sample, and we test it through the actual orifice before the tooling is committed. Where an applicator is part of the experience — a roller ball for an eye product, a doe-foot for a gloss — we will say whether it is genuinely better or just a nicer render.

FAQ

Applicator & Nozzle Tubes: quick answers

What is the minimum order for applicator tubes?
Minimum order is just 12 — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How fast will my order arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and the finished order ships in about 2 weeks — express turnaround is available for tight dates.
Why does my tube split at the shoulder?
Because the orifice is too narrow for the formula, so the customer squeezes hard enough to burst the thinnest part of the wall. It is an orifice sizing problem, not a wall strength problem.
Do you test with our actual formula?
Yes — send a sample and we will run it through the real orifice before any tooling is committed. A viscosity number on a datasheet is a starting point, not an answer.
